How does Alprozolam works?

Dosage of Alprozolam?

Anxiety Dosage (Adult)

Initial Dosage: 0.25 to 0.5 0 mg three times a day orally

If necessary and tolerant, this dosage can be gradually increased in every 3 to 4 days.

Maintenance supplements: can be increase up to 4 mg maximum daily dose in divided dose.

Panic Disorder Dosage (Adult)

Initial dose: 0.5 ml orally 3 times a day

If necessary and tolerant, this dosage can be gradually increased in every 3 to 4 days.

Maintenance Dosage: 1 to 10 mg per day in divided dose

Pisces Dosage Planned: 5 to 6 mg per day in divided dose

Extended release tablet:

Initial Dose: 0.5 to 1 milligram once a day

The daily dose cannot be more than 1 mg if needed and tolerant.

Maintenance Dosage: 1 to 10 milligrams a day

Pisces Dosage Planned: 3 to 6 milligrams a day  
      

Precautions related to Alprozolam?

Intake of Alprozolam is dangerous if:

Intake of intraconozole or ketoconazole.

Allergies to Xanax, valium, Ativan, Tronxine and other drugs.

Angle Glaucoma

Pregnancy

New born babies

Side effects of Alprozolam?

What happens in overdose?
