Our Privacy Rule:

We will ensure your Privacy intact; UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WE SHELL SHARE YOUR TRANSACTION & CASE DETAILS TO ANYONE WITHOUT YOUR CONCENT.

Here at www.order4meds.com, we are committed to follow and obey the Act of HIPAA (1996).

Terms & Conditions:

1. All the orders are placed through PayPal/ Vanomo/ CashApp & Bitcoins as its most of secure mode of transactions.

2. All the deliveries will be done through USPS, kindly contact our delivery partners with your Tracking number (Which will be provided by us within 24 TO 48 WORKING HOURS) for further updates on scheduled delivery.

3. We do not consider Weekend i.e. Saturday & Sunday as Working Days. Hence, it’s our weeks off when we do not conduct any operations.

Return or Refund Policy:

1. In case the customer finds his/her package damaged/ replaced AT A TIME OF DELIVERY, they can send A PICTURE / A VIDEO of The PACKAGING & the PRODUCT to our 24/7  helpline i.e. +1-512-879-9952. And we will start working on RETURN and REFUND of the customer's order.

2. The customer will have to return the damaged/ replaced order to our nearest distributor so the refund could be processed.

3. The refund will be processed within THREE DAYS time after the complaint is filled.

4. If Customer wants to choose between a refund and an exchange of package, they can convey us through our support helpline i.e. +1-512-879-9952.

5. If A CUSTOMER WANTS TO CANCEL THE ORDER BEFORE ACCEPTING IT’S DELIVERY, IN THAT CASE CUSTOMER WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OF 60% OF THE TOTAL WHICH THEY PAID TO OUR PHARMACY.

6. In Case, IF WE ACCIDENTALLY DELIVER A WRONG MEDICATION TO A CUSTOMER THEN CUSTOMER IS AUTOMATICALLY ELIGIBLE FOR TOTAL REFUND i.e. 100% REFUND.

7. In case of overnight and express shipping, the chances of terminating the delivery are not possible.
